Retreat Information

Community and fellowship are an important part of any person’s life. On this retreat, we would like to build relationships with each other and offer an opportunity to rest from our usual busy lives, while worshiping God and learning from His Word together. Please take note of the following:

· We invite all the ladies over 16 years of age to join us.

· Salem Acres has 110 beds over 17 rooms/cabins. Some of these are in cabins with five bunk beds each and others are in rooms with beds for 2-5 people. Priority will be given to any ladies with mobility restrictions, but there are enough “bottom bunks” and regular beds to accommodate everyone as needed.

· There will be no shortage of free time activities! In addition to activities planned by us, Salem Acres has hiking trails and an Indoor Games Room with bouldering, foosball, ping-pong, air hockey, a lounge area, and board games. The coffee will always be on!

· Please bring the following with you, in addition to your usual necessities (clothes and toiletries):

- Bedding (a pillow, sheets and blankets, or a sleeping bag)

- A bath towel

- Your Alberta Health card

Also consider bringing the following:

- A mattress topper if you don’t like hard mattresses

- Ear plugs

- A travel mug
